Life needs intervals too! In this episode I want to discuss the concept of pausing. How doing less can accomplish more. How giving 100% effort…100% of the time causes us to fall to 0% VERUS if we were to give a lower percentage of effort, more consistently. My hope is to dissect this concept with a short, digestible podcast that you can walk away from and implement the rule of 70% in your life.
