I want to give you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in a comfortable, vibey place while you build friendships with other exceptional women who all share the same common goal – the desire to live a life they love!

Spark will make time for much needed self-care, many elements to bond with fellow retreat attendees, releasing the past and focusing on your spark with speaker sessions, and making great use of the beautiful property and town with activities and adventures. I want to fill the retreat with moments of inspiration, wonder, revelation and lots of laughter.

As much as I want this to feel like a well-deserved break, I also want you to have a breakthrough to ignite your SPARK. Expect an all-out celebration and incredible days and nights of real and raw conversations with a community of women connecting, reawakening hope, and shining together. 

I’m bringing some incredible women with me to teach you, alongside me. And if you know me at all, you know there will be PLENTY of laughing and dancing opportunities! 

It won’t be a party without you, come solo or gather ‘round your girl gang. You belong at this event.

All your meals and drinks will be catered throughout the weekend, including: happy hours, nourishing and delicious meals, a 24/7 coffee and tea bar, a welcome basket of snacks in your room, along with refrigerated cold drinks, mini bottles of alcohol and a bottle of wine in each room (all included with your stay). *Food allergies and sobriety will be noted prior to arrival, should that be of concern to you.

The community bonding will begin from the moment you arrive and will continue throughout the weekend. With so many moments of fun and learning planned, you will have the chance to embrace showing up as you are now and being loved exactly that way. You will also have many opportunities to enjoy exciting and new activities together. 

As to not ruin too many surprises up front, just know… you will have the time of your life, laughing, learning and JUST BEING YOU alongside women who want exactly the same thing. There will be an intentional harmony of entertainment and joyful activities, along with time for leisure and relaxing.

Spark is about rediscovery. Rediscovering you. You will learn how to get your spark back. You will release your “I should have,” or “I could have,” mentality from the last few years and start to work through who you are now. With sessions focused on igniting your self-love, confidence and overall happiness, you will be approaching tough subjects from a place of love and acceptance first. Then we will work through fear and doubt until you start to see the spark inside yourself again. 

This will take honesty and vulnerability, with the goal of shattering your past guilt, regrets and shame to ignite the spark that you can be a priority, you can be consistent, you can be disciplined and you can love yourself in every season of your life. #TeamNoSmallTalk
